    unsweetened almond milk

  • cup / 80 g
    reduced-fat (2%) plain Greek yogurt
  • ½
    cup / 80 g
    chopped recent strawberries (or different recent fruit)

    plain low-sugar granola

  1. Add Shakeology, chia seeds, and cinnamon to a small bowl (or sealable container); stir to combine.

  2. High with almond milk; combine nicely.
